由公民團體所舉辦的「308廢核大遊行」台北場，今日兵分三路從南京林森路口、頂好廣場及台大校門口出發，最後集結在凱道，參加凱道上的廢核晚會，主辦單位宣稱總人數達到8萬人，警方則估計目前凱道集結人數有2.2萬人。

反核歌手張懸也在凱道上開唱，她表示將唱2首歌並呼籲大家，要多了解核能，多交換意見，藉此產生社會共識，不要受到政治人物的發言影響自身的情緒，除了張懸之外，也有許多音樂人到場共襄盛舉。

晚會上也演出小叮噹行動劇「核電風水局之拒絕插入」，描述大雄等人要參加反核遊行，卻遭黑心商人阿福及立委阿福媽媽設計，所幸小叮噹及時現身，拿出法寶破解阿福詭計，內容十分逗趣，也透過行動劇來讓民眾了解核能相關議題。
