土地和建物所有人不同，法拍和拋棄繼承的問題

最近遇到一個很特殊的情況，家父已過世，因為有比較多債務，我們申請了拋棄繼承，而原先居住了30年的老宅，因為當初家父用來做抵押貸款，成為了不良債權，現在資產管理公司申請法拍。但土地當初是在我父親名下，建物則是在我家母名下。我們在考慮和資產管理公司協商購買債務，或者參加法拍將房子拍下，但法拍只有建物的部分，拍下後的土地問題比較複雜，在地政系統裡還是在我父親名下，但因為我們已拋棄繼承，無法取得土地的所有權（理論上這土地現在屬於國庫了），請問該如何處理為宜？
