故意刺破保險套引起懷孕構成性攻擊

加拿大最高法院7日裁定，故意刺破保險套，違反伴侶意願使其懷孕，構成性攻擊，即使是雙方同意行房。

七位大法官維持較低級法庭對2006年提出的告訴的裁決。本案被告哈欽森與女友行歡後，向女友承認他事先刺破保險套，希望讓女友懷孕以鞏固兩人的關係。

他的女友果真懷孕，並決定墮胎，還把哈欽森告上法庭。

較低級法庭裁定哈欽森觸犯嚴重性攻擊罪，並把他判處18個月徒刑。高院接下來將決定是否維持原判。
