乳膠床墊與床板間濕氣問題

結婚的時後買的乳膠床墊
大約15CM是直接放在一般那種整面平的平面式的床架上睡

最近給問題困擾著
睡覺很容易流汗,流汗量是那種穿短的可以整件濕透換一件早上起來衣服又稍微濕,然後床墊手摸可以感覺到有濕濕的

今天翻開乳膠床墊一看,床板上大概我人形的位置處有很多一點一點的水點(因為乳膠床墊都是圓型的孔洞),然後大概再相對應的位置乳膠床墊(跟床板接觸面)是有濕氣的(顏色比較深)

這兩天一直咳嗽感覺是這濕氣引起的

這......該怎麼辦?
