自爆與雲林縣議會林姓女職員交往，還窩藏在議會內長達77天，將議會研究室當作「砲房」的38歲簡姓通緝犯，疑似因受不了輿論壓力，於21日晚間主動打電話向警方投案。

據了解，黑道兄弟簡男透過社群網站認識在雲林縣議會工作的林女後，兩人進而開始交往，還直接住進縣議會的研究室，不僅天天吃好睡好，還時常與林女在研究室裡做愛，前後長達77天。

不過，近日簡男疑似因不滿女友提出分手，憤而向媒體爆料與「雲林縣議會之花」林女的戀情，以及兩人的親密照片與影像，證實自己入住縣議會的事實，引發高度關注與討論。

而簡男則在21日晚間9時許，主動打電話給嘉義市警方投案，警方前往其住處將其帶回並進行偵訊後，已將簡男解送嘉義地檢署歸案。

據悉，簡男是因涉嫌打傷嘉義縣中埔鄉民代表，遭判刑5個月，但於去年9月5日並未到案服刑，因而遭到嘉義地檢署通緝。

另外，在消息曝光後，林女還也曾透過臉書PO文，指稱簡男就是一個吃軟飯的無賴，還有精神方面的障礙，只要發作就無法無天、六親不認，為了保護家人只好低聲下氣。
