高鐵電力出包誤點　卡5千人行程

高鐵電力系統今天上午出包，造成列車大誤點，截至中午才逐步恢復準點。統計共有15班次誤點，其中有2班因延誤超過30分鐘，近千人可退半價，估計整體影響5000多人耽誤行程。
 
高鐵上午9時40分發生異常，10時05分高鐵在苗栗到新竹間採單線雙向通車，導致列車誤點卡在路上或倒回車站，10時31分完成搶修恢復雙向行車，迄今12時多，延誤班次已幾乎消化完，逐步恢復準點。(李姿慧／台北報導)
