余皓然上東森《現在才知道》聊減肥，她曾買過熱銷黃金美容棒，只要由下往上拉提5分鐘，臉真的有變小，但半小時過後又變回去。她在日本還買過有硬顆粒的瘦身球，雖然使用時會痛，但她覺得會瘦，1顆球1千元台幣也值得。她開玩笑地說，「下次直接拿榴槤來試試看，應該會瘦得更快。」減重專家邱正宏則提醒，推脂小物使用前需消毒、清潔，並小心不得過度拉扯，以免造成肌膚細紋。（蔡維歆／台北報導）
