台糖購地案吳乃仁判9個月 洪奇昌不平

針對台糖購地案再審結果，前民進黨秘書長吳乃仁仍被判刑9個月，前民進黨立委洪奇昌則獲判無罪，不過洪奇昌今（26）日為吳乃仁抱屈表示，雖然判決刑期較原先縮短，但吳乃仁應該跟他一樣，獲無罪判決，基於捍衛個人清白，及民進黨的尊嚴，他建議吳乃仁要提非常上訴或申請再審，繼續奮戰。

吳乃仁中午未接手機，新潮流系相關人士也很低調，僅說目前還未收到判決書，要待收到判決書後，再決定是否要再審或提非常上訴。

洪奇昌說，吳乃仁目前斷絕對外聯繫，他也沒和吳連絡上，但他認為，整個訴訟過程，法官對政府部門的政策體系不是很了解，對民間廠商利用「促參條例」推動工業區的過程也不理解，也因此，才出現他和月眉糖廠獲判無罪，但吳乃仁卻和一位處長依然有罪狀況。

洪奇昌也批，院檢素質參疵不齊，檢察官對此案亂起訴，跟最近學運幹部魏楊被亂聲押一樣，有必要推動參審制的司法改革，而整個訴訟過程，他都秉持捍衛個人清白及黨的尊嚴原則，不落入執政黨貪腐抹黑，他希望吳乃仁能繼續奮戰。
