就地取材最好吃 金牌主廚教廚藝

虎尾大成商工希望讓餐飲管理科學生學習取用在地新鮮食材,邀請獲法國藍帶騎士勳章的烹飪大師郭泰王到學校傳授學生廚藝,郭以雲林當令食材柳丁、花生、烏魚子、豬肉、酸菜等,做出一桌道地美味好料理。

郭泰王說,現在學生沒殺過雞鴨魚,沒法掌握食材處理的溫度,因此,他此行主要是教授學生對料理食材的過程與原則。
 
大成商工陳秀娟校長表示,很多台灣常見的食材都產自雲林,希望透過金牌主廚郭泰王教導,讓學生將創意展現在廚藝上。 (李政遠/雲林報導)
