【環資報導】日月光有條件復工 環團籲公開審查

去年年底，日月光高雄K7廠偷排廢水至後勁溪遭罰款、停工，引發社會關注。本月20日，業者提供修正資料後，高雄市環保局辦理第二次審查會，24日通過有條件復工，若K7廠達成7個應辦事項並提報告，經環保局審查核定即可試運轉。

對此，地球公民基金會批評，環保局僅簡短公布審查結論，社會無法據以了解日月光做了哪些改善措施、後續有何監督控管機制、具體的中長期承諾又為何，並非真正的資訊公開。呼籲高雄市政府在進入復工流程前，召開審查「公開」會議，讓社會各界充分表達意見，修復受傷的環境生態與社會信賴。（詹嘉紋／台北整理報導）
