透清涼　日治彈藥庫成古蹟

座落澎湖西嶼鄉內垵村海龍蛙兵基地內的地面式清涼彈藥庫，主結構是用粗石砌的承重牆體，再覆以木骨牆結構，屋頂用角鋼鋼架等形成的複式構造，其建築見證西嶼地區豐富的軍事文化與歷史縱深，而在2010年底公告為縣定古蹟，並於今天斥資9百萬元重修，預計300天後完工，就能串連西嶼地區現有的軍事文化景觀，完整呈現澎湖在海洋史及軍事史的重要地位。

主辦設計監造的建築師楊仁江說，這座地面式彈藥庫於1930年(日本昭和5年)興建距今已84年，因年久失修有些殘破，其建築底下拱洞抬高，牆內木板防潮，加上屋頂瓦為含金屬鐵網的金摺天花（防火板前身）、開窗通風採光，四周還砌石垣降低爆炸威力的設計，不僅讓這彈藥庫具有保存火藥的清涼特質，也成為重要特色。（許逸民/澎湖報導）
