【綜合報導】針對陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，陸軍司令部今天晚上8點，在陸軍聯誼社進行行政調查疑義說明會，陸軍政戰主任曾有福表示，不查明真相，洪仲丘的靈魂難饒，也說，乾怎麼辦就怎麼辦。
 
曾有福說，范佐憲這個「不肖的幹部」，媒體提供的訊息，只要查到是事實，絕對懲處，也希望社會大眾具名檢舉，只要是事實絕對懲處。
