這麼缺錢？　SONY連老家都要賣

日本消費電子大廠SONY（索尼）大舉推動業務瘦身，不但先前已宣布將裁員5000人，現在還計劃出售位於東京核心地段品川區的前總部大樓。

據《日本經濟新聞》報導，SONY將出售位於公司創業地品川御殿山地區的部分房地產資產，前總部NS大樓（NS Building）等資產將進行招標。包括出售資產在內的重組計劃，預估將為SONY帶來150億日圓（45億元台幣）資金。

SONY的前身為「東京通信工業」，於1946年在東京日本橋創立，隔年就搬到了御殿山地區，在此誕生了收音機、電視與隨身聽Walkman等重要產品。該地區曾有10棟以上的SONY建築，曾被稱為「SONY村」。

NS大樓於1990年落成，直到2006年都是SONY的總部大樓。根據最新的出售計劃，大樓內的員工將逐步轉移至目前位於JR品川站附近的總部等處工作。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
