俄杜馬議員：克里米亞有權舉行公投

克里米亞議會已經決定，將在5月25日舉行公投。俄羅斯國家杜馬國際事務委員會主席阿列克謝•普什科夫今天表示，克里米亞有權自決問題舉行全民公投。他說：「如果有人告訴我，獨立廣場可以產生政權，那為什麼人民的意志不可以產生政權？」

普什科夫指出，克里米亞的公投是合法的，也是克里米亞半島改變地位的法律基礎。與此相較，烏克蘭基輔獨立廣場提出的要求並沒有進行投票表決，一系列決定都是在槍口頂著的情況下做出的。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
