北台灣上半年推案量達6321億元 年增38.2%

【吳苡辰／台北報導】根據《住展》雜誌統計，今年上半年的推案量6321億元，較去年上半年的推案量增加38.2%，《住展》雜誌分析，新北市與桃園縣，總價相對低，而受到不少購屋族青睞，尤其是新北市淡水區與桃園縣青埔地區推案熱、銷售表現也不錯。
