好心沒好報…帶路遇酒駕反被撞

61歲邱姓男子酒後迷路，途中請好心的范姓機車騎士為他帶路，但邱男因酒後控制力減弱，撞到前方正在等紅綠燈范男所騎機車後方，邱男因而人車倒地受傷，送往醫院救治，抽血驗出酒測值超標，台中地院依公共危險罪將邱男判刑5月，得易科罰金。

判決書指出，邱男（61歲）去年7月10日下午，在台中市北屯區松竹路一處小吃攤內，飲用啤酒後，欲騎機車返回沙鹿區中清路住處，因迷路騎往北屯區東山路山區。

邱男詢問范姓機車騎士，如何返回松竹路，由范男騎重型機車熱心帶路，邱男騎機車尾隨在後，范男行經北屯區東山路與松竹路交岔路口時，邱男因酒後注意力及控制力減弱，未及時煞停追撞前方正在停等紅綠燈范男所騎機車後方。
