林毅夫是否續通緝 金門高分檢今決定

世界銀行前副總裁林毅夫因投敵叛逃罪遭通緝案，上午卷證移交金門高分檢，檢察長刑泰釗上午表示，軍高檢移交的林毅夫通緝資料，都是以往的舊資料，對於林毅案涉及的追訴權時效是否消滅問題，將於今天下班前，作成是否接續通緝或撤銷通緝的決定。
