中房協副會長：大陸房市調控不能放鬆

中國房地產業協會副會長朱中一14日於「2013年博鰲房地產論壇」表示，大陸多數地方房價、地價上漲預期不減，政府對房地產市場的調控不能放鬆。他同時建議，應加快建構促進房地產市場平穩健康發展的長效機制，包括加緊完善房市調控政策以及更多地採用稅收、信貸等經濟和法律手段來進行調控。

華爾街日報報導，大陸房地產調控出現鬆動跡象，實施較為嚴厲的房市調控政策的溫州市近日放寬了對購買第二套住房的限制。此外，大陸房地產上市公司近日陸續傳出，計畫透過再融資支持商品住宅、商業物業等項目，引發了市場對監管單位將開放房企再融資大門的強烈預期。

大陸7月全國100個城市(新建)住宅平均價格為1萬0,347元/平米(人民幣)，較6月上漲0.87%，為連續第14個月上漲，且漲幅較上月擴大0.1個百分點。
