【謝岱穎／綜合報導】效力藍鳥3A水牛城野牛隊的王建民，在今(17日)早7點先發對上雙城3A的羅切斯特紅翼隊，投完前4局只被敲出4支安打掉1分，野牛隊暫時以4比1領先。

建仔投完4局用了65分，有46顆好球，被敲4安，投出1次四壞和3次三振，滾地球和飛球出局各4次，只在1局上因為1安打和1次四壞掉1分。

【綜合報導】英國艾克斯特大學(University of Exeter)研究員歐雅(Alise Ojay)近日進行的一項研究發現，若每日進行發聲練習，有助於愛打呼者改善打呼狀況，進而提升睡眠品質。

據了解，該研究啟發自一位音樂老師，他協助朋友進行發聲練習後，讓朋友改善打呼的狀況。這份研究針對30名有打呼習慣者，維持連續3個月，每天在睡前進行數分鐘的發聲練習，並和其他30名未進行發聲練習的打呼者進行比對，發現有做發聲練習的打呼者，明顯改善睡覺時的打呼情況。

報告中也推測，發聲練習可以讓造成打呼的喉嚨和上顎肌肉進行訓練，讓該處肌肉更緊實，以減少打呼的發生。
