【王玉樹／台北報導】第一社福基金會上午舉辦父親節活動「哥們倆～父親兄弟會」，25位中重度心智障礙孩童在保育員協助下，作pizza、卡片、裝飾蛋糕獻給平日辛苦照顧他們的父親。其中6歲、有多重障礙接受早療的雙胞胎妹妹小葵父親楊淙峻，在小葵5個月大就開始每周從基隆接送她去林口長庚醫院作復健，後來又轉去士林同舟發展中心照顧時，任保險員、公司地點在台北101大樓的他，更是每日先送小葵到台北北邊的士林，再自己開車到東區上班，每天接送與上班車程往返就要3、4小時。

現在楊家已搬到台北，讓小葵就近在信義路的第一社福基金會復健，楊漴峻仍每天抱著已重16公斤的小葵到附近公園玩耍，唱歌講故事給她聽，每天幫小葵洗澡、餵飯，看著原本無法站起來、沒有口語表達能力的女兒，現在已經可以扶站、說單字表達自己意思，楊淙竣覺得很欣慰。曾經他也抱怨過上天不公，如今卻欣喜接受，「就當作是上天給我的任務。」

【綜合報導】美國紐約一名35歲女子羅索芙(Jennifer Rosoff)，昨日凌晨與一名男網友約會時，倚靠在17樓陽台欄杆，卻疑似欄杆突然斷裂，羅索芙因此墜樓慘死。

警方指出，當晚是羅索芙第一次與這名男網友見面約會，當2人在陽台一同吸菸喝酒聊天時，羅索芙所倚靠的欄杆突然斷裂，羅索芙因而墜樓身亡。附近鄰居也有聽到慘叫聲，和羅索芙墜地後的巨大聲響。

國內機能性飲品代工龍頭大江生醫(8436-TW)敲定9月中旬掛牌上櫃，並訂於8月下旬召開上櫃前法人說明會。日前董事會決議現增發行新股，預計發行4457張，目前興櫃價則在133元左右。

大江去年營收11.5億元，年增25%，稅後淨利1.36億元，每股盈餘4.56元，營收獲利均衝新高；今年首季營收3.1億元，稅前盈餘3613萬，每股盈餘1.21元，在新產能開出挹注下，營收獲利將獲逐季成長，法人估計今年營收將上看13億元，每股盈餘將賺超過5元。

大江是國內老牌機能性飲品及保健食品原料的代工廠商，目前資本額2.98億元，去年合併營收11.53億元，在銷售區域部分，中國約佔5成，台灣20%、其他區域30%包含香港、新加坡、馬來西亞等；銷售產品部分，機能性飲料50%、粉劑、錠劑、膠囊各10%、保養品15%及其他5%。

為滿足市場需求，大江積極擴建產能，除屏東廠將新增氣泡性飲料及果凍新產線，預計今年中量產外，大江上海已開始擴建保健食品及化妝品廠，其中，化妝品工廠產能陸續開出，保健飲料廠則在明年，由於在就近供貨當地客戶及降低稅負等優勢下，明年開始銷陸產品毛利率將會攀升。

法人預估，大江今年在新產能挹注下，營收逐季成長，全年營收成長2成起跳，有機會超過13億元，將賺逾半個股本。

國際貨幣基金 IMF 警告，日本大膽振興經濟的政策若失敗，恐怕將是對全球經濟最大的威脅。

《華爾街日報》，IMF 發表報告指出，除了日本經改可能對全球經濟造成威脅之外，其次則是中國衰退情若較預期嚴峻，以及美國聯準會 QE 退場時機點的拿捏。

日本首相安倍上台以來，採取大膽擴大政府支出、寬鬆貨幣政策雙管齊下，野心勃勃大修日本墨守成規的經濟，盼能夠助日本脫離長達 20 年的低迷。IMF 也對安倍經濟學表示肯定，認為若是完全施行，應能奏效，但是 IMF 也擔憂若日本政府未能堅持到底，將會發生嚴重風險。

若真的發生這樣的情況，日本經濟成長恐怕失速，投資人也將對日本政府能夠持續把持住巨大債務失去信心。IMF 估計若最糟情況發生，日本國債殖利率可能會大增 2 個百分點以彌補市場風險，將迫使日本政府削減開支、大幅增稅，讓日本經濟陷入更深深淵，也將衝擊全球經濟成長 2%。

而明年日本消費稅是否能夠如期上調將會是觀察重點，IMF 主席拉加德 (Christine Lagarde) 認為這正是衡量日本承諾決心的指標。

除了日本之外，IMF 指出中國經濟放緩的程度也將是全球的一大風險，若是放緩程度大於預期，可能將使全球經濟成長減少 1.5 的百分點。

另外，美國聯準會 QE 退場的時間點是 iMF 認為的第三大風險，若是退場時機過早恐將扼傷經濟成長，但如若太晚，通膨恐怕失控，將會被迫升息，且損傷全球經濟。

值得一提的是，IMF 這次的風險報告中並沒有提及「歐洲解體」的風險，IMF 並不認為歐元區現有解體可能性。
