鄭家榆錄東森《現在才知道》聊養生，她改變飲食習慣已經10幾年，連到中國拍戲都隨身攜帶中藥煲湯，「我現在只吃看得到形體的食物，不吃勾芡等粉類調製的湯品，之前吃過鼎王火鍋，吃完立即感到暈眩，嚇得我再也不敢吃了。」問她如何判斷食材好壞？她笑說，「身體本來就比較敏感，只要是壞食材，吃了身體馬上就不舒服。」(蔡維歆／台北報導)
