佳世達科技今公告，董事長李焜耀持股申報事宜，因涉違反證交法案，經一審判決無罪，檢方上訴後，高等法院維持無罪判決。

佳世達表示，台灣桃園地方法院檢察署認為，李焜耀針對佳世達股票持股申報事宜，違反證券交易法，提起公訴，台灣高等法院12日宣判，駁回檢方上訴，維持一審無罪判決。(中央社)
