很多事情都是一體兩面的 有經濟壓力的人 一般來說會渴望金錢收入重於工作舒適度 那麼是否也很有可能遇到 做了一段時間後 被人壽 房仲洗過去的問題 反正一樣被操 不如挑個有機會賺錢的不是比較好??? 尤其現在很多房仲業務(尤其大品牌的) 一堆理工畢的 早就跟以前只有文法商的狀況有很大的差距了 我反倒覺得 挑個比較沒金錢壓力 甚至家境好的 對待遇反而比較不會太在乎 會工作比較久一點 不會講說要成家 有小孩了 薪水不夠巴拉巴拉之類的 而且這類人通常野心也不會太大 整天被下屬覬覦你主管位置的感覺 我想不會太好吧 平常多講幾句話好聽話 鼓勵的話(公司很看重你喔之類的) 反正唬爛話不用錢 買個小點心 飲料 幾個月一次排個聚餐(吃便宜的就好) 勝過每個月要多給三~五千元去留人(遇到缺錢的人 這點錢應該還是留不住) 我在職場多年 通常遇到缺錢的 野心大的 都跑很快 反而留下來的都是家境不錯 不工作也有錢的 大概是產業類別不同吧 最後還是那句 平常講幾句好聽的鬼話 經濟效益絕對勝過花錢留人 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.70.196.183
