土撥鼠「菲爾」預測　冬天還將持續6周

美國東部的賓州小鎮旁蘇托尼（Punxsutawney）每年2月2日舉行土撥鼠節（Groundhog Day），自1887年以來，一代又一代的土撥鼠「菲爾」擔負預報時令的任務。據傳統土撥鼠從洞穴冒出時，天氣晴朗看得到牠的影子，代表冬天還會延續6周；若這天是多雲天氣，看不見影子，就是春天將到來。
