關說案 王清峰盼捍衛民主法治

前法務部長王清峰今天說，司法是用來維護公平正義，不應任意破壞，民主法治需要大家共同捍衛。

關說案各界關注，前法務部長、中華民國紅十字會總會長王清峰今天下午在中華民國紅十字會總會水芙蓉計畫記者會後，接受媒體訪問時作上述表示。

王清峰表示，司法是用來維護公義，不應任意破壞和侵犯，而民主法治需要大家共同捍衛。她也希望關說案早日落幕，讓社會重回平靜。

曾任法務部長的王清峰表示，她在任內一切都依法行事，如監聽須先取得監聽票和法官許可才能進行。
