【聯合報╱記者賴佑維／大溪報導】2013.08.31 03:20 am 大溪鎮至善高中昨天辦開學典禮，最吸睛的首當名模姚采穎，她被聘為表演藝術科講 師。姚采穎表示，希望與學生分享自己的經驗，「尤其是觀眾看不到的那面」。除了 姚采穎外，至善高中校長、主任幾乎都是女性，一字排開「柔性十足」。 姚采穎表示，她是科班出身，盼能發揮長才，讓學生知道拍戲實際狀況。姚采穎準備 不少教材，「希望能把台北的東西帶來桃園」，對於教學方式，姚采穎說不會兇學生 ，但該管還是要管。 「希望用女性較柔性的一面教導學生」對於校內主任幾乎都是女性，校長簡玫瑛表示 ，女性主任除了各自的專業外，也能用溫柔細心的特質輔導學生。 至善高中學務、教務、總務、會計、實習、輔導、人事主任都是女性，平均年齡更在 30歲以下。簡玫瑛表示，這也是董事會目前的政策，希望能讓教學團隊年輕化，與學 生想法更為貼近。 昨天開學典禮隱藏不少巧思，主任們藏身布幕後，擺著各種姿勢讓學生猜人名。簡玫 瑛說：「希望用有趣的開學典禮，讓學生們在學期初就有好的開始。」 【2013/08/31 聯合報】@ http://udn.com/ http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM3/8132841.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.241.49.18
