已爬文! 我朋友身體非常不好 學生時期就常常生理痛 昏倒 送醫打點滴 手腳冰冷 便秘 出社會後歷經上班的蹂躪 更變本加厲 常常看到她都面色蒼白 越來越瘦 經期也非常不順 看過很多西醫都沒什麼效果 努力調整生活作息 早睡早起 不吃生冷食物 吃食補也覺得無效 因為他不會用PTT 所以請我發問 已爬過文 但是還是想請問版上有沒有女生也跟她一樣困擾 看過有效的中醫的呢? 先謝謝大家囉!!!:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.46.144.129
