華固（2548）股價近期創高後拉回並於季線附近止跌回穩。外資滙豐證券認為，華固因長期獲利穩健且每年殖利率高又穩，是長期投資的優質標的，因此給予「優於大盤」評級，目標價上看105元。

上半年台灣房市「價漲量增」，奢侈稅打房效果未如預期，使得法人圈紛紛預期下半年台灣房價將持續走揚。其中華固由於今年上半年每股稅後純益（EPS）成長幅度高逾七成，因此普遍受到巴克萊、麥格理、滙豐等證券青睞。

HX元大（066573）目前是價外10.80%權證，距離到期日尚有170天，19日華固小漲0.86%，HX元大上漲2.94%，未來華固股價若持續走強，投資人可善用認購權證掌握行情。
