台中市皇冠餐盒公司日前涉嫌用毒性有機溶劑甲苯擦拭餐盒，遭勒令停業並限期回收，但還是被眼尖民眾發現，有商家仍使用毒餐盒。
據報導，日前民眾劉小姐帶友人到一中街買小吃，竟發現外帶餐盒是皇冠餐盒公司製造。衛生局獲報後全面稽查，要求餐飲業者不可再使用毒餐盒，目前已下架上百萬個。
中市衛生局18日表示，業者自行回收有時間差，若民眾發現仍有店家使用，可向衛生局檢舉。台中市法制局長林月棗說，若有餐飲業者繼續使用毒餐盒，民眾可求償。
台中市勞工局長賴淑惠表示，皇冠餐盒公司員工在停工期間仍要給薪，勞工局在發薪日會主動了解業者是否有照實給薪水。此外，皇冠餐盒員工若有發生肝腎疾病，且證實是甲苯所致，可向業者求償，並沒有時間限制，呼籲員工善加利用勞工局提供的免費健檢。
