sony xperia p 如何以本機為主？

我的手機為sony xperia p ，

更新過後，發現撥出電話都會以SIM為主，

就連簡訊也是以SIM為主，

不知道內建是否可以調整成以本機聯絡人為主呢？

PS.有打過去問客服，客服說會以SIM卡為主，
但...在更新前是以本機為主的啊！
不知道有沒有方法解決，還請大家幫忙，感謝喔~
