台鐵約聘站務人員

最近看到火車站裡多了很多新的站務員，我本身也對台鐵的站務員工作有很大的憧憬，剛剛看到有約聘站務員這個工作，立馬來問一下大家
1.請問約聘站務人員(售票、剪票員) 請問這個的月薪大約多少?
2.每個月休幾天呢?
3.哪邊會有工作訊息可以查呢?
4.約聘的期間大概是多長呢?
