三總：中暑體溫44度極罕見

陸軍下士洪仲丘猝死案爆發廿多天，面對連日來排山倒海般的質疑，三軍總醫院首度說明急救過程。由有參與急救洪的副院長、中暑防治中心主任朱柏齡今天召開記者會澄清，洪可能因長時間中暑而死。

朱柏齡坦言，洪仲丘送到三總時，體溫高達攝氏四十四度，在他多年處理中暑患者經驗中，「我沒看過體溫這麼高的」，最多只達四十一或四十二度，甚至連四十三度都沒看過。

他表示，洪仲丘送到三總時，血壓收縮壓只有四十毫米汞柱、舒張壓廿毫米汞柱，已有腦病變、肝腎衰竭、心肌病變、急性呼吸窘迫症、橫紋肌溶解症、瀰散性血管內凝血不全症，且瞳孔放大，對光沒有反應，從洪這些症狀及體溫這麼高來看，「熱傷害中暑已有一段時間」。
